All Kermit's products ship via FedEx. At this time, we only ship to the Continental US.
Non-frozen items are ONLY shipped Monday-Friday, regardless of shipping method chosen. Our shipping department is closed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays.
Pies and pie bars are ONLY shipped Monday through Thursday for overnight delivery to Continental US addresses only, and cannot be combined with other packaged goods for shipment. Daily shipping cutoff time is 2PM ET.
Please note that there are additional handling charges for pies and pie bars due to the necessity to ship them overnight on dry ice in special packaging.
Packaged (non-frozen) items cannot be shipped with frozen (pie) items and must be placed on a separate order to ensure safe delivery.
Any order placed after 2PM Key West time is shipped on the next available shipping day, regardless of the method chosen.
For health and safety reasons, Kermit's products are not returnable. If there is an issue with a product that you received, please use the "Contact Us" feature on this website to let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and specific product in your message.
